Louis Philippe Chests originated in the 1820's. They were considered ultra modern in their time. True in form and function this version is entirely clad in exotic veneer. 400 years later this chest presents a unique twist with a gorgeous and exclusive true blue wood finish. Developed expressly for Revelation the color is just shy of navy blue. It is applied in a complex seven-step stain and dye process with a satin lacquer finish. Crafted of Mapa Burl and beech. Solid brass hardware, inspired by a classic lock and keys. Blue drawers, are solid oak with undermount soft close glides.
